Close to the airport
Very close to the airport, transfers were difficult to arrange though, reasonably clean but not well maintained, poor breakfast options if you have dietary requirements. Ok for a quick stopover but not if you're doing anything else but sleeping. Would recommend for convenience of location only

Close to airport.
Pros:Good shower, bed was comfortable, close to the airport, breakfast (minus the long black hairs).
Cons:Make kitchen staff wear hair nets!
Location:Nai Yang beach is 30 minutes away (walk). There is nothing else to do - no sights or tourist shopping nearby (unless you count the 7-eleven).
We booked accommodation here as it was close to the airport and our flight arrived in Phuket late at night. Our room was very basic. One bedside table was very inconvenient. There were two electrical powerpoints - one was hanging off the wall and deemed too dangerous to use. The other was used to run the mini bar fridge, kettle and our mobile telephones, laptop etc.
We had dinner in the restaurant. The food was average and made worse when a long black hair was discovered. That meal was not eaten and the staff did not seem to care or make a fuss or apologise. We had the privilege of paying for the meal in full. Sitting on a table next to us, what seemed like the owner, was busy making shonkey deals with a few guests.
The shower was good. The tv only had a handful of very average tv stations. The hotel wifi/internet speed was capped and therefore slow.
The breakfast was good but again we found a long black hair in the rice.
Luckily we only booked for 2 nights. We spent half a day at Nai Yang beach which is a 30 minute walk away. There is nothing else to do within walking distance of the hotel.

Great Service & close to Airport
Pros:Location to airport
Location:I would stay here if I wanted to explore the area
Our driver was waiting to collect us & didn't have to ring to be collected which was great after 20hrs in transit. Excellent customer service. Was great that the room had been prepared with air-con on etc. room large & clean. Bed & pillows extremely soft & comfortable. American breaki would feed the most hungry of men. Will definitely stay here again.

Pros:Very close to phuket airport- free transfers. Lovely hotel. Pleasantly surprised.
Cons:Weird step into bathroom (very small I know)
We got basic pool view room and were put on the ground floor it was absolutely lovely to be able to walk straight out the front to the pool. N
