I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, (almost) everything was great we did some run-in situations with communication issues with the staff and it wasn't between us it miscommunication with each other. There were a few times during our 4 day stay here that we were told one thing and ultimately that wasn't correct and we were brought back to be told something else and vise vera. It was a minor inconvenience until the last day that we almost missed our boat because nobody was on the same page.

Beautiful rooms and friendly staff. Stunning location. The Muay Thai sessions were really fun although disappointing that yoga was no longer available - need more of these activities as not much on offer. Food was good but not much variety between restaurants. Overall highly recommend

The staff works unobtrusively around the clock to clean, repair, prep, and perfect everything. Our sea deluxe view room was huge and had perfect views. The pools are gorgeous and perfectly clean, the beach is soft white sand and cleaned 2x a day, there's tons of seating all over the resort so it's easy to find a pool, beach, or restaurant spot. You never wait a long time for food or drinks. Fastest hotel/resort service I've ever had. One of the best details is its proximity to the little town, which is full of restaurants, smoothie carts, mini marts, tour operators, spas, and scooter rentals. It's all a few minutes walk. You are definitely not stuck here.

From start to finish we loved everything about this resort!! The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are even better than expected and very clean. All of the restaurants had extensive menus and the food was fantastic at each. Honestly I cannot say enough about Santhiya, we will definitely be back again!

Staff was great the room extremely comfortable very authentic Thailand with lots of teak, wood and beautiful views. We were first offered a room in the farthest distance from the main dining areas where we would’ve had to spend quite a bit of time waiting around for transportation because he really can’t walk so that does not have sidewalks and the hills are very very steep. But when we did an upgrade it almost double the price. We did get a beautiful room very close to the main pool reception and dining. We just did not expect such a high cost for our upgrade.

Check in was awful we felt no information was given at the port really struggled to follow what was going on . Cases late and needed access to them as room check in only at 3pm, we felt information could have been given on booking. At the port it was rushed and on arrival at the resort was very rushed. The video presentation was awful , information given in 5 minutes , no help for people who didn’t have up to date phones . Poor The place is beautiful and the room was fabulous we had a lovely time but would not return .

We came on our Honeymoon, we stayed 4 nights. Very nice hotel, everything was up to our expectations. The beach is quiet, with restaurants and bars around, walkable distance. Only downside for us was the beach being too rocky, be careful when you walk, we had to go farther from the hotel to enter the water. The breakfast buffet is good, with an amazing view. We tried the local restaurants outside they are a must try. Will go back for sure.

The room was amazing. I wish we had a better view of the ocean, a lot of it was obstructed. But it really did feel like you were set in the middle of the jungle and very secluded. Food was delicious at all restaurants. Having to walk a bit at the resort doesn’t bother us, but it is a bit inconvenient to have to take multiple trucks / modes of transportation to and from the hotel when arriving/leaving if you don’t use their shuttle. Would still stay again
