Only a room to sleep

The staff greeted us friendly all the time. Our room spacious, with a big window but facing a big wall, so no pool view as offered. Power failures for about 1 hour at night time, making it difficult to sleep in the heat of the night. Water failure every day, making our personal cleaning difficult to finish. The hotel has a small cold pool where only 4 to 6 people can sit around at any time. Evenings are imposible to sit due to the mosquitos! You definitely need a motor bike or car to go anywhere. The Hotel provides free transportation to and from the beach between 8 am and 6:00 pm. After that you need a taxi or a tuc tuc to go to places! Without transportation you are stuck in your room! There are not too many things around and it is pitch dark after 6:30 pm.

Comfortable motel with 24 hr staff who were very obliging and a cool pool. Food was average. room was large and comfortable but had no table or chairs until we requested some. was trying to have a go but seemed to lack and any direction from management.Value for money non the less.

Good solution in south Phuket - but get a car!

The hotel is off the beaten track, which is good. However, you really need a car if you stay here, or you'll spend a fortune in taxis if you like moving around - we ended up renting a car once there. The hotel is nice, the service is ok. Things don't work as smoothly as they should. Owned by Russians, had a range of different guests when we were there

Det här hotellet lever inte upp till sin presentation. Interiörbilderna på rummen stämmer men övriga bilder är från prospekt och överensstämmer inte med verkligheten. Ett boutiqehotel brukar i undantagsfall ta emot barn här var det en hel del barn. Det som kallades för stor pool var medioker och det fick plats 6 solstolar. En kväll gick någon form av larm, när vi försökte ta reda på varför det larmade fanns ingen engelsktalande personal på plats. Här funderar vi över hotels.coms kvalitetskontroll, vi känner oss lurade med tanke på att det var inget budgetpris.

Ett charmigt hotell nära naturen

Hotellet har väldig vänliga och hjälpsamma personal. Mycket rent och bekvämt. Små detaljer in i både på hotellet och rummet som gör ens vistelse mer avkopplande och bekvämt. Shuttel servisen är hela tiden tillgängligt till närmaste och finaste stranden. God mat och prisvärt på restuarangen. Frukosten serveras med många olika färska exotiska frukter och mycket generöst. Poolen är omringad av vackra träd,och den är fint och rent. Väldigt prisvärt hotell och Vi var mycket nöjda med att spendera vår semester på detta hotellet. Absolut rekommenderas dock inte för småbarns familjer.

Très bel hôtel en retrait, personnel adorable

Cet hôtel en retrait et donc au calme est parfait pour les couples. Les chambres sont très belles et agréables, la piscine au centre des habitations et de la végétation est très agréable. Le personnel est très accueillant. Très bon séjour.
