My 2nd stay and this property really lacks experienced management and oversight. No attention to details and room inspections. staying for a week and need extra towel or linen - 600 charge. Need more than 1 roll of toilet paper - you’ll have to buy it yourself. The condo is nicely decorated - but feels like lipstick on a pig:
Shower door damaged would not close,
Kitchen scissors sticky can’t even use,
Forgot to provide Towels again (2nd time)
On arrival had to Sweep floors myself - dirt and hair, Glassware not matching and missing coffee cup. Room had heavy smell of smoke - had to buy air freshener took about 4 days to go away. Light strip above bed out. 1 bathroom light out. Soiled Linen left from previous guests in closet. Bidet hose leaks wean off onto floor.....

Warm welcome but a few oversights ...
Friendly welcome. However, staff forgot to leave towels in room, used bar soap left from previous user. 1 roll of toilet paper per stay. Was told if needed more would need to buy my own. More attention to details needed - for instance flatware, glasses not matching etc. if you want extra clean towels or linen you’ll have to pay also. not sure the “mgt. company” has level of supervision or experience required....
