I wouldn't stay here if you paid me

To the owners of this hotel.... Receptionist was extremely rude, not helpful and pushy. Hot water didn't work properly, had to get a room change to use wi-fi and breakfast was less than satisfactory. The only positive was the bag-man who was quick and helped out as much as possible.

Rude Hotel Staff, located in a rural area

Our check in was not pleasant. We waited in the lobby for about 20 minutes to be assisted and it was around 10 pm late night and we were exhausted from our trip, nobody was there. After a person showed up, no apology, no smile. The hotel room is great, comfortable , swimming pool is enjoyable, breakfast is so so, nothing special. Hotel is located far from the Phuket City, nothing nearby. The hotel management should train their staff better to be more polite to their guests.

I had to call the front desk multiple times to ask them to send me some of the missing things like shampoo or water. Cleaning the room was my biggest issue I got bugs and ants on the bed due to the lack of cleaning and I wasn’t happy.

Dejligt hotel med en flot udsigt. God restaurant og hjælpsom personale. Der var lidt bøvl med poolen men det fik de hurtig ordnet. De hjalp os med at booke ture. Dog skal det lige siges de helst vil have kontanter for alt istedet for dankort/visa men alt i alt kan vi varmt anbefale dette sted.

Non lo consiglierei se non per relax a famiglie...

Note negative: -L’hotel si trova distante da tutti i punti di interesse. Risulta quindi necessario affittare per forza un mezzo per spostarsi. -Wi-Fi che non funziona, soprattutto nelle camere. -Ristorante con cibo di bassa qualità e con prezzi alti, io sono stata male entrambe le volte che per necessità sono stata costretta a mangiare qui, dubito sia un caso. -Colazione con poca variabilità nei cibi, che per chi si ferma per una settimana diventa davvero noiosa. L’unica variabile è che cambiano la posizione dei diversi cibi forse pensando di illudere i clienti che questo sia variare! -Buona parte del personale del resort non parla inglese e talvolta non lo capisce. Note positive: - Bella piscina con idromassaggio - relax - grandi camere vista giardino

Ohne Roller oder Auto ist das Hotel sehr abgelegen, was aber bei der Buchung jedem klar sein sollte. Das Frühstück ist eher kleingehalten und wenig abwechslungsreich, aber trotzdem gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit bemüht dem Hotelgast zu helfen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und nicht abgewohnt. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer entsprach nicht zu 100% unseren Erwartungen. Wir hatten leider an unserem Ankunftstag direkt einen kleine Armee im Bett zu Besuch. Das Housekeeping löste das Problem schnell und zuverlässig. Ursache war vermutlich ein toter Salamander auf dem Balkon. Sonst war das Zimmer hier und da nicht so sauber wie von uns erwartet. Der kleine Pool und die Anlage haben insgesamt schon bessere Tage gehabt.

Schönes kleines Hotel mit schönem Pool

Bis auf die schlechte verkehrstechnische Lage und für thailändische Verhältnisse sehr hohe Taxikosten war in diesem Hotel alles super. Besonders hervorheben muss ich die hervorragende thailändische Küche. Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren nach Thailand und haben vorher noch nie so gut gegessen. Alleine hierfür lohnt sich das wiederkommen. Aber auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets bemüht den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Die Anlage und auch die Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

I booked 3 Family Deluxe rooms as my daughter has a wedding ceremony in Phuket. Check-in speed is bit slow. When I stepped in the hotel room, the size is reasonable big. But I discovered there are many stings like dried blood covering few parts on the bed sheet which made me feel uncomfortable. Bread for breakfast is bit smelly and milk is not fresh. The rice and congee is fine which I ate a lot as no more better choice. But staff are nice and helpful.

Quiet, comfortable and well maintained.

Very Nice hotel, larger rooms, well decorated. Very nice for family's with small children. Great pool area. The location is quiet and rural, not really walking distance to many places from the hotel, but if you rent a scooter from Hotel, the location is 100%. 20 min to Phucket, 40mins to Patong etc. If you want to be be in the centre of the action this hotel is not for you - but if you like quieter environment its perfect. Great breakfast, great service. Would definitely stay again.

Belle hôtel mais loin de la plage

Belle hôtel ,service excellent mais Big problème loin de la plage et donc note de taxi importante à la fin du séjour .Aller et retour pour la plage de Kata 1700 thb soit 45 euros .Donc si vous louer un scooter ou une voiture hôtel calme et luxueux rien à dire par contre sinon à éviter car ardoise taxi salée .

Great resort away from all the craziness of Patong

Crystal wild resort is a slice of paradise, this resort meets all your expectations. The Breakfast was delicious and they have had great service everytime I've been there. First time I took my wife here for our honeymoon and we have came back every year since, if you like to be away from the nightlife of Patong and want to relax with no worries this is the resort to book. Shout out to SJ Mang great employee he deserves a raise, anytime I go to Phuket this resort is on my list to visit.
