Baba House was very clean, quiet and the pool was great. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and they made towel swans for on the bed when we checked in and put rose petals around them and in the bathroom! It was adorable. Bed and pillows were comfortable, AC was awesome, everything was great. Had a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes of driving from he phuket old town or phuket central shppoing mall. The pool was really nice and clean. It was often completely empty and we had the whole facility to ourselves. We enjoyed the breathtaking views and the birds singing while we were swimming. Cons: 1. The furniture was a bit old. 2. The neighborhood is not suitable for someone who is seeking a partying experience. But if you are okay with taking bolt and grab rides to touristic destinations, it will suit you well.

Not recommend despite the price

The hotel is relatively new with nice decoration. But the room has smelly sewage from the bathroom. The bathroom floor and sink were not cleaned properly with a few pu..c hair scattering here and there and hair in a sink. Bed sheet smell very bad which made the sleep so tough. Limited TV channels mainly Thai free TV.

Basic,clean and affordable comfort

Short stay before heading to the airport for a late night flight. Room was sparsely decorated but with ample space. Bed was comfortable. Having two separated blankets for the king bed was a practical touch. TV was small and far from the bed with very basic channels. Bathroom tiles, grout and fixtures are showing wear and tear. Overall a very quiet and restful experience. Didn't try the pool or gym. To my horror, the balcony door cannot be locked! Luckily we were only there for a short stay and the room was on the 3rd floor. I hope the hotel will get all balcony doors checked and fixed if needed.

Clean large room close to Central Festival

We booked a family double room. We were initially allocated a twin room but the hotel was quick to arrange housekeeping to push the beds together and change the bed linen to double sheet & duvet. The room size was great. The only downside was that the shower had no hot water - only lukewarm water. The pool was good for lap swimming and luckily we had it to ourselves, as it's not very wide. The basic buffet breakfast consisted of fried eggs, fried rice, cornflakes, toast, bananas & yogurt, which was sufficient for us. The location was convenient for our needs - in between Chalong and Central Festival shopping centre. However it may not be so convenient for others who do not have a car. The hotel does offer a shuttle service to Central Festival though. We got a great deal via hotels.com (57% discount) so was reasonable value for the price we paid.

Great stay , Nice Hotel

A very nice and value for money hotel, very nice, helpful and friendly staff , they do all that they can to please us and they recommended very nice beaches and attractions to visit also the tour desk and motor bikes rental from the front desk was a great thing to have. Good location to explore all phuket but by motor bikes although slightly away from the beach , getting there wasn't a great deal as we enjoyed the bike ride on the roads through the jungles and up the hills. A clean room, large and comfortable room although the bed is quiet hard but the overall room was very good. The pool was a nice addition and view. The hotel manager and owner were realy kind and very friendly and welcomed us a lot . Strongly recommend the hotel and definitely would stay there again.

Excellent value for the money. Can accommodate 1-4 people. Motor bikes available to rent on property and everything is just 20-30 minutes away. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is wonderful

Great staff and good value for the money

Great, newer property. Staff is nice, helpful and friendly. They offer motorbike rentals on site so it is easy to get everywhere. 20-30 mins from everywhere. Clean rooms, comfortable king size beds and an additional mantras/bed for additional people. You can fit 1-4 people in the king + room. Pool access is unique as you open the patio door and have private steps into the pool. Though this place is a little inland it is centrally located so you can get to Rawai or Patong-- whatever you fancy. Good value for the money.

Family Getaway

Family stay, children (2) loved the bunk beds in our room setup. Pool/poolside isn't large but warmed up nicely by late morning, lap swim-able and shallow section for children's play. As of early 2016 not much nearby for food/play options, but only short walk south to convenience store. With your own transportation, several central or southern beaches and lookout points 20-40 min drive. Plan your transportation needs unless you are staying in or only need very local food options.
