The Villa is very new. It was very clean with a modern Japanese style decor. There was ample room for our family of 9. Everyone had a bed to sleep in. We never felt crowded. This is a big villa. The community is very new and there is on going construction noises. We were surprised by it all at first because there was no mention of construction noises in the booking details. It can be loud but not enough to bother us as we were never around the villa. The villa is a great value because it is still in development. The staff and Ngoc the manager were very helpful. Anything we need they were always there to help. She sent a big passenger van to drop off and pick us up at the airport at no charge. It was very nice of her. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. It was within walking distance to Khem beach. About 10 min. It’s not direct beach access. You go out of the security gate, turn right and within minutes you are at the beach. There are numerous cafe and banh mi shops on your walk there to enjoy. I will definitely book here again in the future and I hope the waterpark and the rest of the community will be completed. It would make the place fantastic!
