K.san qua kem ve chat luong, dich vu va vi tri. Tôi chỉ o đó 1 đêm sau đó thuê k.san khác gần đó. K.san ko nhận được đặt phòng mặc du đã t.toan hết tiền. N.vien còn y.cau t.toan bằng t.mat
