We very much enjoyed the house. It was clean and well maintained. It is a beautiful property. Beds, linens comfortable. However there are a few issues:1. We wanted to spend most our time in the outside pool area. However, the jacuzzi in ground would not heat over 90 degrees.We figured out how to heat either pool or jacuzzi but it made no difference on jacuzzi heat. Took 2 days to get the pool to 89.The jacuzzi was freezing when we first got there.2. There were no instructions on the ipad on how to heat jacuzzi or pool. it took a while to figure out how to do spa or pool etc.Again, would have helped to have WRITTEN instructions on how to use by the ipad.3. We tried to use the spa on top but it was very cloudy and dirty. We found the spa cleaner by the door and put some of that in... but had to wait until next morning to use. The water level on spa was too low for the jets. I tried to find a hose to fill... but none. Again, no instructions. No one ever came to check it.4. There were four of us there. Three out of the four got at least 15 mosquito bites sitting outside. We were out in the afternoon - not evening or night. There has not been that much rain... you need to check your property for standing water, etc.5. Lastly, the internet was terrible and we kept losing calls. The first night, there was not enough internet to download the instructions so we were flying blind. Print out the instructions in a book as a back up!You have been very
