Place was very nice but I would recommend trying to get a room on the North side of building as Shea Blvd can get noisy. Very convenient location though!!

It was “okish”, but they can do better!

The staff was very kind, when we arrived, out bathroom was not at all clean, the floor and the shower had hairs. Our bed was on the very very firm side, so we couldn’t sleep at all. So we communicated this to the front desk and they didn’t have many rooms available.

Very comfortable stay! Posh and upscale hotel affordably priced. The lobby is cute with fun game and social spots. The breakfast through the restaurant was delicious and lovely (with fresh fruit!). Charming walking trail within walking distance was a perfect spot to enjoy my coffee.

Room was very dirty upon arrival had to have the whole room cleaned, hot tub was closed for 2 days so was the dinner restaurant on a friday and satirday night alao was not a deluxe queen room the beds were full size
