Historic Old Town Scottsdale is a walkable district and takes less than 5 minutes in an Uber or Lyft, or hop on the free trolley. Spend hours visiting art galleries, shopping, dining in countless cafes and restaurants, and experience the vibrant nightlife. Visit the Scottsdale Historical Museum (The Little Red Schoolhouse) or order a scoop from the Sugar Bowl Ice Cream Parlor, a Scottsdale classic since 1958.

Here for Spring baseball training? We are located within 2 miles from Scottsdale Stadium (Giants), 2 miles from Salt River Fields (Diamondbacks/Rockies), and 5 miles from Sloan Park (Cubs). All of these are less than a 10 minute drive, Uber or Lyft

With easy access to I-101, navigating the Valley couldn`t be easier - this property is less than 20 minutes from Tempe and PHX Airport. Scottsdale Stadium, Talking Stick Resort, Casino, and Fashion Square Mall are all less than 10 minutes away.

If you’re driving, there is a free designated covered onsite parking spot, along with more free street parking. There are also bus stops a few blocks away if you want to take public transportation. Plenty of Ubers and Lyfts in the area to take you anywhere you need.

There is also an RV Park located behind the townhome available for rental should you come for a longer stay.

Please note there is no smoking OF ANY KIND inside the home, you are welcome to smoke outside on the back patio and please use the provided ashtray. It is a quiet neighborhood so please be respectful of quiet hours and no loud parties

-NO PARTIES or LOUD NOISE after 9 pm- $750 FINE - We don`t mind if you have a few guests over, but please keep it minimal and please keep the noise down. There are shared walls and neighbors, and they will report excessive guests and noise to us and the HOA (if not Police) - this includes the community pool (HOA quiet hours are from 8 am - 10 pm).

NO PETS OF ANY KIND!
*Please note that a fine of $500 for bringing a pet (any kind)
*A fine of $100/day offense during stay

NO SMOKING - $750 FINE - If the house smells like smoke, we will charge a $750 de-orderizing fee

LATER THAN AGREED CHECK-OUT - $25+ - If possible, we will offer early check-in or late check-out, but if there are ANY guests still at the property after the agreed-upon check-out time, we are charged a fee from Housekeeping, so then we charge you.

If requested by the host, guests are required to provide a copy of their government-issued ID and a list of full names for all guests staying at the property to the host.

NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS: Excessive guests than on the reservation: $50 per guest
