The first night the TV would not work and I could not turn it off because the remote didn’t work. I had to unplug it from the wall. Also the outside noise was so loud that it made sleep impossible. In the morning I notified the front desk and they rest the tv but it still did not work. The front desk changed my room but to an even louder room that wasn’t as nice as the first room. I did complain but I was told it was the only room available. The second night the ceiling light above the refrigerator flickered on and off so along with the loud outside noise sleep was very difficult. Although staff was friendly, I feel like the loud road noise would definitely prevent me from ever staying there again. It was NOT worth the money I spent. I was extremely exhausted and disappointed by the end of the stay.

The water pressure was HORRIBLE !! And I mean HORRIBLE. The shower stopped running water for 2 minutes while I had soap in my eyes … ruined my whole trip not being able to shower confidently

My reserved room was given to another guest and the replacement room was said to be the same but it was not - it had a slippery tub rather than roll in shower. The windows/walls did not muffle the sound of the highway.
