I was enjoying my stay until I was interrupted by someone kicking my door. When I contacted the front desk, they stated they had been having this issue (teenagers coming in and banging/kicking doors). At that point, I did not feel comfortable anymore. I checked in at 6:30 and left by 10 the same night

We love this hotel. It’s our go to spot anytime we have a concert or event at the State Farm Stadium. The staff is excellent, very nice, always smiling and ready to assist with anything we need.

Noisy neighbors

Overall, my stay at this hotel was excellent. The only issue was there was a family with 6 kids that were roomed on the floor above us, and they were making noise and loud booms alls night as if they were coming through the ceiling well past 11pm. On two of the three nights there, we called to the front desk to see if they could as thrm to stop. To no a avail. We were offered to move our room (not sure why we would we would need to relocate if we aren't in the wrong), but couldn't anyway due to our 4 year old already being sleep. May I suggest if you have a group with that many kids, putting them on any floor other than the first is not advised.
