Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 10 AM (per Scottsdale ordinance)
A $500 minimum charge will apply for any damage to pool equipment
Late checkout fee of $150 applies if guests remain on the property more than 30 minutes after the agreed checkout time
Pool heat is available for an additional $200/day (please note the minimum requirement is for the full stay).
Will be set to 85°F once payment is received
Maximum of 4 cars allowed for parking
Pets are not allowed; a $500 fee applies for any pets brought onto the property

Important Information for a Smooth Stay

To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, we have security cameras on the exterior of the property. There are cameras located at the front door and facing the driveway. Rest assured, there are no cameras inside the home for your privacy.

PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY POOL EQUIPMENTS OR REMOVE POOL VACUUM. A $500 minimum fee for damage.

For your peace of mind, we also have Noise Monitors installed on the exterior of the property. These monitors do not record audio, but they measure the decibel levels to help ensure a quiet, enjoyable stay without loud parties.

Please note that all Scottsdale city ordinances apply during your stay, including quiet hours. Additionally, landscaping and pool maintenance are performed 1-2 times per week. While we strive to maintain the property’s beauty and cleanliness, we cannot guarantee the specific day or time of their visits.
