The room was really gross. The overall room was cleanish but there was a lot of dirt and grim on the walls. The area was not the quietest as they seem to have a lot of people living in the hotel. People were up talking till 6 am in the rooms on both sides of us. It smelled like a smoking room because people smoking on the balcony would get their smoke sucked in through the AC unit.

Drove from Colorado straight (13 hrs) with 2 small children in the car. Lady at the service desk, raging ** i mean the rudiest attitude ever! This was on friday night, i got 2 exhuasted kids, an exhausted husband and im exhausted. She didnt give me my room because my husbands ID wasnt up to her standard. It was 2 in the morning. So couldnt cancel my reservation and had to go search for another hotel. Horrible place. Would give zero stars

The service at the front desk was great the actual room was old and dingy kinda run down but the air conditioning worked and the location was great so many things within walking distance the pool was not in service and they did not have an iron or a blow dryer the lamp kept flickering but it was our first time in Phoenix and we didn't spend to much time in the room.

There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The main door did not close tightly. It smelled horribly of cigarette and Marijuana.therebwas a tripping hazard on the beds. The smoke dector was removed.
