This location is uniquely geared for those who like to get out and enjoy some hiking just out the front door - adjacent to beautiful Papago Park with playgrounds, volleyball, biking and walking paths. It is also close to ASU, the 202 freeway, Tempe Town Lake and very conveniently located near Sky Harbor Airport.

As you walk in the front door, you will be greeted by an inviting interior showcasing neutral tile flooring, and soothing palette throughout. The impeccable eat-in kitchen boasts plenty of space, stainless steel appliances, and a peninsula with a breakfast bar. Perfectly sized bedrooms, each with their own tv, feature ample closets and bountiful natural light will definitely give you a good night's sleep. When not enjoying the nearby hiking/biking/walking trails, you will love relaxing by the sparkling community pool. Whether you are coming to town to visit the kids at ASU, to work or just to play, this place will be a great place to kick off your shoes and stay awhile!

We cannot emphasize enough how this property is super convenient to getting around Tempe and Phoenix. Located near the heart of ASU, it gives you easy access to enjoy this vibrant city and the campus and conveniently situated two blocks from Tempe Town Lake where you can rent bikes and boats, take long walks, etc. And close to Papago Park for hiking, 1/2 mile from Tempe Light Rail (easy access to the airport and downtown Phoenix) and an abundance of restaurants and shopping! And when you're ready to venture out of Tempe, it is just a few minutes drive to explore Scottsdale, Phoenix and the East Valley.

Host was extremely swift and efficient in responding to all of my messages. Gave an excellent summary of property access prior to arrival. Gave excellent recommendations for everything a guest could possibly want to know (activities near by, shopping, neighborhood etc). Was quick to respond to concerns. Definitely a host I who’s properties I would seek again if visiting the area.
