Nice place

Nice place to stay, very convenient to walk to Old town Scottsdale. The use of the pool and spa at Valley Ho was good too. We enjoyed the trendy artwork on the walls. There were 2 bikes available for us to use also. Kitchen was a little limited, but we were able to fix sausage, eggs & toast every morning. This place also has a gas grill available to use. Upon arrival we noticed that there was only four towels and two wash cloths and one set of bedding for our 5 night stay. Would have been nice to have had more available or have had a washer/dryer available.

Very lively place!

I really loved the attention to detail and design, along with all the amenities provided. Thanks for a very nice couples’ stay. And it was surprisingly quiet (at bedtime) for being in a very popular active tourist area.Walking distance to everything Scottsdale old town.

Super Fun Getaway for Couple

Super funky and unique getaway for a couple. Location is excellent with close proximity to dining, shopping, bike trails and the Valley Ho. I would highly recommend this place and we look forward to coming back soon!

Such a cool space and excellent location

If you like to stay in places that are thoughtfully decorated and full of character, you will love this modern home. Comfortable seating and bed/bedding. Easy walk to Oldtown, The Arts District and Shopping District. Hotel Valley Ho has a great pool area and is just a short walk. Restaurants everywhere. Yet it sits on a really quiet street. If you are planning to do a lot of cooking, you may not love the kitchen set up, but it was great for making quick breakfasts, preparing snacks, etc. Hot plate, toaster, toaster oven, electric hot water kettle, full size fridge, coffee maket, etc. Would happily stay here again. Perfect for a couple or one person.

Lovely, all the way around!

I love it when the photos and description of a property actually represent reality. This one does: artsy, interesting decor; comfortable furnishings; great TV (important because NCAA semifinals were on!); spotless; and very convenient location. The living room whiteboard is worth paying attention to: both restaurant recommendations were great! We would stay again.

Great location! Unique VRBO!

As a whole, we loved our stay at 'the bank' in Scottsdale. It is in a great location with restaurants, shops etc within walking distance. The partnership with Valley Ho is great as you can use their facilities, but go home to a quiet place to sleep. There were also two bikes to use at the rental, which we took advantage of. The only problem was all tires were flat and the pump they had was broken. We walked them to a gas station and filled them all up. Communication was quick, but not always accurate-we had inquired about a Washer/dryer prior to travel and was given an affirmative answer. When we arrived, there was no W/D-this affected how we had packed. All in all, we would stay again as it is clean, quiet and well located.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for Tiki Oasis. We were within walking distance for breakfast and dinner in Old town Scottsdale. The space was functional and stylish.

Convenient

Location is convenient to traveling around the area. Walkable to anything you need. The surround sound built in was a nice touch. Outside padlock system was cumbersome and bed linens should be updated. Would stay here again for ease of travel.

Great spot!

We had such a nice stay in Scottsdale- great location, incredibly clean, super responsive host, and really cool space + decor. We also really appreciated having access to the Hotel Valley Ho gym and pools. Was the perfect spot for a kid-free getaway with my husband. Would definitely recommend!

Great Spot!

Fantastic spot for a weekend in Old Scottsdale! Lots of room to relax in between your schedule, fun art/decor in building, everything worked, way better than a hotel!! Walking distance to phenomenal restuarants, we loved Bones and Bourbon! Coffe shop 1 block to east. We will be back:)!

Perfect location to Downtown Scottdale

Love this place. It has flair and is fun. We could walk to the galleries and restaurants. Property manager was accommodating and even got us some extra hangers for our clothing. Easy check in and departure. Would stay here again if we decide to return to Scottsdale for another “sun break” from the winter. One item of note - kitchen is limited so if you want to cook might be an issue. Personally, we enjoyed the restaurants and the art creating a comfortable and cozy rental with a lot of “beyond ordinary”

Awesome spot!

Everything about this place is great. The location, everything within walking distance (shops, restaurants Hotel Valley Ho). Inside was just beautiful with all of the art and classic touches from the fridge and microwave, to go with the bank vault which was really cool. The property manager was excellent on communication and making sure our stay was pleasant. I would definitely come back here.

Very nice property in a great location. You are within walking distance to everything in Old Scottsdale. It was very quiet and relaxing when we were there, you feel like you are at home after a long day of activities! It is a great location for a couple to stay for a nice quiet relaxing getaway!
