Their system wouldn't process my card due to an issue on their side (according to the rep I spoke to). Their system canceled my stay automatically without recourse. I had to book another location same day which cost me extra

The apartment was nice, good location, bigger than expected, and the building has many amenities like gym, pool, grills, lounge that are very good. But the apartment was extremely dirty, all of it, kitchen, carpet, night table, closet, sheets, Flor, etc There was no toilet paper when I got there, one, one of the 2 towels was soaked, no shampoo or soap. I think is the worst experience that I've ever had staying at an apartment.
