we had a king-junior suite on the 6th floor (618) the air-conditioning unit was on the roof directly over the bedroom and sounded like a jet plane was up there...very difficult to sleep.

The listing said that there would be free breakfast but there was not. This was a selling point for me, so I was VERY disappointed to find out there was not breakfast provided. Also, when I got there, my ironing board was broken. I had to put 2 requests in before they got me a new one.

It’s your standard Hilton. Booking through Expedia gave me a room with a window that faced the giant hvac unit outside and nothing else. There were very few guests staying at the hotel and the restaurant /bar service was very slow and the food was just ok. It is next to ponderosa so that was convenient, but nothing else was.
