The hotel was 30% occupancy at most and it seemed the person checking us in when out of his way to give us two rooms next to elevator, one on the 6th floor and one on the 7th I’m a Hilton honors member and am I’m upset!!! I’m wondering if booking on a discount site causes this scenario because it’s never happened before booking on hotel site

The room cleanliness was good. They had to replace a light bulb on the bedside table, and it was a little dark in the room. They did not have a good breakfast; they were out of several items on the menu. We had to go somewhere else for breakfast the first day and the second day was the same with items not being available on the menu.
