Charming 2 bed/2 bath golf condo w/cozy front porch & golf course views. Enter to discover a welcoming hallway that leads you to the spacious great room w/arched doorway, 9' ceilings, recessed lighting, tile flooring w/carpet in all the right places, & back patio door. Spotless kitchen features ample cabinets w/crown molding, new granite counters, built-in appliances, & a peninsula w/breakfast bar. Comfortable Master bedroom w/private bath,dual vanity, walk-in closet. Great neighborhood & vibe.

Guests will have access to the entire house except for the master closet.
Other things to note
We have a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. But it IS a house. Which means that occasionally things will break or need maintenance - just like every house, ever. If you are an extremely high maintenance person who prefers the service of the Ritz-Carlton and would get very upset if a lightbulb was burned out, a window was sticking, or a sink or toilet got clogged, then I highly recommend you book the Ritz, it is lovely.
We pride ourselves in taking great care of our home, and we respond to inquiries and issues within an hour. That being said, sometimes stuff happens. I am confident that you will enjoy our beautiful home; give us the opportunity to work hard for you and we will! :-) Super-high maintenance people need not apply, it'll be better for everyone that way ;-).
