This was our best VRBO experience ever. The house was exactly as described, spotlessly clean and clearly well cared for. Appliances appeared to be new and worked perfectly; kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. Bathrooms were likewise. Best of all, the guest book was meticulously detailed with instructions on lights, TV, appliance use, grill, pool…everything. Quiet family neighborhood near but not on major roadways. Groceries, restaurants and gas stations nearby. (Including Carolina’s, with the best burritos in the Southwest). The pool was clean and at a perfect temperature to cool off during the hot day but pleasant enough to use at night as well. They even have a Weber brand grill! I cannot recommend highly enough!
