Bedroom 1: King Master ensuite with views of the pool. A chaise lounge nestled in front of a personal fireplace, a workout room, and private access to the backyard. Two private toilet rooms in the bathroom and one with a bidet. His and her sinks, two master walk in closets, a dual shower head walk in shower, and a double person bathtub.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed. This library turned into a bedroom offers a two level space, with a small reading area on the second level as well as a private balcony. This bedroom shares a full size, unattached bathroom located in the hallway.
Bed 3: King size bed with queen over queen bunk bed built into the wall. Desk is a perfect space for those working from home and lots of storage space located in this bedroom. This bedroom shares a full size, unattached bathroom located in the hallway.
Bedroom 4: King bed ensuite with a walk in shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 5: King bed ensuite with a walk in shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 6: King bed ensuite with a twin over twin daybed and a walk in shower/tub combo

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

Per city ordinance, we have noise-aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction.
