There was a broken water pipe on the floor above our floor and the front desk did not do a courtesy call to alert us that it was also affecting our floor. When we walked out of our room the floor was flooded in front of the elevators and surrounding rooms were also beginning to flood. I call the front desk in panic but was told it was being taken care of. We were settled in our room and leaving for the day when they offered us the option for another room but we declined if we were notified sooner when they knew about the flooding at 7am and we saw and called at 9am it would’ve given us more time to switch rooms.
