Hilton is going down hill.

Expensive & disgusting. I was very disappointed in the quality of the fixtures and the room was very dated. I moved the coffee table and under was a huge rip in the carpet! Also the cabinets in the restroom looked so worn. The elevator was constantly breaking. There were a lot of children running around and messing with the buttons. The pool area was un kept and was full of hairballs n trash. The front desk was also very rude when we were in the pool area saying there had been signs up prohibiting pool use. Signs everywhere in the lobby saying you can or can’t do this. Was not a pleasant experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The only issue we had is that the outlets available for us to use on the lamps did not work properly. 1 out of the 3 that were in the bedroom did not work when plugging in my phone charger. Other than that we no issues. We would definitely stay there again.

Ron was amazing checking me in and communicating with me as I updated on a check in delay. The cleaning crew was kind and breakfast was very good.

The Property needs better Dinning options, Needs better Snack foods while at Happy Hour and options in the market place they offer items for sale for use. Rooms are comfy but they need some updating, the staff are friendly and helpful

Ok but parking and EV charging are frustrating

Ok place though a little dated and run down. The EV charger doesn't really work. One is completely broken and the other stops charging after a few minutes. The parking pass also charges you after a few days (you can't leave without paying it) and the hotel charges for parking, so you pay twice. Feels a bit scammy.
