The amenities were excellent. We made good use of the fitness center. Lovely pool area and clubhouse. Condo was spotless. Plenty of towels, laundry soap, etc. Love the area. Felt very safe.

We were in town for 14 days as I had pre-op appointments and surgery at Mayo Clinic. On arrival, other than a couple of hiccups on garage parking and gate access, we found the apartment. It was conveniently located on the first floor and had a small patio. It was clean and well-stocked with the necessities. While there could have been more comfortable furniture, it was cozy enough, and we spent a lot of time inside after my surgery. Location was perfect with Mayo Clinic approximately 1 mile away and all manner of grocery, department, fuel, restaurants conveniently close to the complex. Communication with the owner was easy and responses were timely received. We would recommend this owner and location and would stay here again.

Not good at all.

Furnishings were cheap and sparse. I think the whole place had two wall coverings, which were tacky. Property manager (if there was one) When called at least 20 times never answered. Instead By email referred to a virtual tour that was half baked at best. Towels were totally inadequate, And who rents a place without Supplying Kleenex? For what you get, totally overpriced. We thought we were going to be inside of Toscana, That was wholly unclear in ad. Patio had no furniture was full of leaves and located right above parking entrance If this is going to be a review, Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. If this is for management, And really care feel free to call me so I can give you more negative information
