Cozy casita adjacent to the main house on a one acre lot. New construction, A/C, separate sleeping area from living area. Queen bed with mattress topper. Futon couch to provide additional sleeping accommodation. Wireless internet - 4G speed, 40-60 mb average, 10 mb upload average. Fire TV in living room. Small kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, hot plate, etc. There is a wall mounted folding table that can be utilized for a desk or eating area. Steps away from walking trails in the beautiful Rio Verde area. Off the beaten path with very little traffic and wildlife all around. Closest grocery store is roughly 20 minutes away.

Beautiful Casita

Super clean and comfortable! Matt and Katie very nice and responsive. A bit of an adventure finding it , but Matt guided me in and all was good..

The Best

The casita was perfect. It was very clean, well decorated, and supplied w/ all the essentials I needed. Although I didn’t really need it for this trip, the full size fridge is a major plus. It’s about 30 minutes from Scottsdale airport in a quiet and clean “neighborhood” with properties spaced well apart. I enjoyed being outside of the city, but still close enough to be convenient. So far, after several trips in Scottsdale, this has been the best place. Every category really deserves 5 stars. Also, the host communicated really well and was very accommodating to any needs. I highly recommend this place.

Quiet and clean casita

Perfect little spot for the weekend. Comfortable, clean and very quiet. Matt was very quick to reach out and answer questions.
