The check-in was very quick and efficient and room was very clean, nice and comfortable. The only downside was the $41/day for valet parking, but I was able to park on the street for free.

Cheer Competition Weekend

Beautiful hotel. The staff was amazing in accommodating our early arrival so we could prepare for Cheer Competition. The room was beautiful, very updated, beds were very comfortable. The only issue was the tv remote was a little confusing to operate.

Restaurant downstairs limited with days and hours. Restaurant on the roof had slow service, didn’t bring utensils, and the server didn’t know how to move the heater. Sink in bathroom occasionally didn’t have cold water so had to brush teeth in the morning with warm water.

Roof top restaurant and bar is great provides great views of the city. There’s a street nearby with dining and shopping. Rooms need some work honestly though.

Stayed here to celebrate new years and loved almost everything! The rooms are small but very modern and clean. It is walkable distance to a lot of restaurants and bars in downtown Phoenix. The hotel has a rooftop bar which looked very fun. The staff was friendly and approachable. They did call me an hour before my check in time to ask my ETA which was odd to me, first time I’ve experienced that. The only downside is the parking. You have 3 options. Find parking in the allowed areas in DTPHX, pay $40 valet, or pay for a garage. Besides that wonderful experience and would stay again!
