Nice average hotel. Parking can be an issue.
This hotel is centrally located near downtown Phoenix. It has two bars, one on the rooftop with nice views that serves burgers and other bar food. It opens at 4pm unless the weather is bad. When we were there (March), it was chilly and spitting rain. They ran out of propane, and all heaters were in use until those ran out too. In addition, the parking situation is a problem. There is street parking with meters. Hard to come by. There is also a lot next door that belongs to a church. They charge $30/day via an app for hotel customers. But after 2am Sunday morning, parking is prohibited there due to church services. We ended up moving to a parking garage a few blocks away which charges less actually. To avoid lugging our bags to the car, one of us stayed with the bags in the lobby while the other got the car. Overall, the hotel itself is clean and the staff is friendly. The parking situation is an issue though. A valet service would improve things immensely.

I really loved the location. Everything was really nice. I just didn't like that there is no designated parking but what do expect downtown. Other than that, I really loved my stay, and everyone was nice, and the rooftop bar/grill was AMAZING!!

The hotel was nice and clean. Only issue is trying to find parking they don’t have a parking lot or garage so you have to park on the street
