Clean and the location was perfect. Main detractor was how noisy it was at night. I know they can't control other guests but maybe better soundproofing around the doors would help.

The hotel was truly impressive—spotlessly clean from top to bottom. The breakfast was excellent, with a generous variety of flavors and options to choose from. My room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and supportive, which added so much to the overall experience. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the hot tub was wonderfully warm and refreshing. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay, and I’d be delighted to return the next time I’m in the city.

Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. Parking is not free, and you only find that out once you arrive, which is very frustrating and misleading. The bathroom near the reception is always closed, so if you’re checking in and need one, you’d better make it to your room fast. To make things worse, the fire alarm went off at 2:30 in the morning, putting everyone into panic mode and completely ruining what little rest was left. Overall, not a great experience, and I expected much better.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean with comfortable bed. A little outdated but as long as it’s clean I am okay with that. Safety measures to make you feel secure. Walking distance to restaurants, outdoor mall and concert venue.
