It was a beautiful house with lovely space with lots of room for everyone. We enjoyed the kitchen & pool area the most. The pontoon boat was hit with the kids. The boat we took out two of the five days we stayed and charged it accordingly. It was slow and fun and I’ve never used an electric boat before. The pool and spa were the places we spent the most time in. So everyone enjoyed having their own space bedroom&bathrooms well upstairs shared with bedrooms there. The view from home is beautiful, hiking around the house was great and the area was very convenient and accessible to all the places we needed to go. The manager was very helpful&communicated well whenever we needed anything or had questions about the house. We went over the new year holiday week for a celebration of life. It was great to have our own home base and space from family and friends and select guests (we cleared before our stay with owners and manager) came to visit. The home is in a great neighborhood and the dining table was well used with meals&game nights. It was nice for the teen to have his own space and the preteens to have their own bathrooms with makeup and girl stuff and the younger kid had his own space and parents had their own space which was great. The comfy couches and living room and tv were used for movies and bowl games. The outside table has a fire pit in it which was fun for the kids and they loved the balconies. We enjoyed our stay here and would do it again next time we come to AZ.
