Charming 3-bedroom bungalow with AC in Phoenicia, Catskills

Whether you are coming to relax or play hard with family and friends, Phoenicia is the perfect place to stay in the Catskills. There is always so much to do during any season. During the Spring, Summer and Fall months, we have fly fishing, incredible trails to hike/bike, waterfalls (Katterskill is 28 minutes away!), the Esopus to tube or kayak in, and several swimming holes. During the winter months, we are close to 3 ski areas; Hunter (19 min), Belleayre (20 minutes),Windham (34min).

House is charming mix of quaint (stone fireplace, front porch) and fresh (nicely curated decor and comfortable furnishings.) Host was friendly and responded promptly to all inquiries. Many places in area for dining. Would definitely book again!

I'm so glad we chose this house for our stay in Phoenicia! It was so charming, the perfect size, very clean & neat, lots of nice little touches. The lounge area on the enclosed porch was a great bonus, we spent much time hanging out there. The photographer for my daughter's wedding crashed there Saturday night, and said it was the best sleep he had in a while! Another good feature was the location, just a 5 minute walk to the house where my daughter got married, and so close to Main Street. The only issue issue we had was the wifi, so we couldn't watch TV or use our phones very well. Apparently Internet service is an issue that area, and cell service is non-existent. Fortunately we were able to get Wi-Fi service at my daughter's rental house, so we managed just fine. Karyna was very quick to respond to all my messages, and I very much appreciated that! All in all, we had a wonderful stay, and would definitely consider booking the house again if we visit Phoenicia!
