Nice room terrible service

We arrived and the reception desk did not have our reservation. The receptionist did not speak English and we had to communicate via our phone translators. I had pre printed the reservation and was able to prove that I had one. The receptionist was on the phone with their manager in order to get instructions on how to check us in. The entire process took over one hour. We were then taken to our room where the A/C did not work so we had to get a new room. This process took another half an hour. When we arrived in the new room we had no hot water and had to get that rectified the following morning. The hotel is a “no smoking”property however the smell of smoke was pervasive throughout the halls. In all the room was spacious with a wonderful view of the city and a nice balcony. The room was clean. The bed was a bit hard for my taste. The pool looked nice and clean. In short the experience was marred by the poor customer service.

Extremely dangerous, no emergency lights in stairs

Room was nice but power was out all morning. Elevator didn't work and worst of all there was NO EMERGENCY LIGHTING IN THE BUILDING OR STAIRCASE. We had to walk down 28 floors in total darkness. This is an extremely dangerous fire/emergency hazard. I couldn't imagine trying to escape this building in a fire, everyone would die.

Hotel has a weird vibe. Pictures doesn’t match what they have advertised. No iron in room. TV in Chinese and nothing works. Towels smells like perfume. Shoe prints on bedroom floor. Stains on couch. No hanger or bathrobe in closet. We tried to check out next morning and they didn’t honor it. Upgraded us to the same room with an extra balcony. Gym is not done. Construction going on. Management was rude to workers. Found out someone committed suicide from the balcony. Turned out it was the room they upgraded us to. The whole 26th floor is not rented out to anyone. The manager set us to get haunted, but nothing happened. I do not recommend this hotel. Stay away.

This is a split between a hotel, and an apartment building. It's clean enough, and fairly new, but it seems to be targeted toward the Chinese community. Pretty much everything in our room was in Chinese characters, and the only TV channels were set up in Chinese as well. The room construction wasn't complete, to where there was a partially installed power outlet that my toddler got her finger into! Reception staff was kind and courteous, and the price was very reasonable.

Wonderfuls stay

While this hotel is current undergoing renovation and hiring new staff, my experience was very good. There were a few problems but they were handled quickly and efficiently. There are great facilities, and everything was provided at a very reasonable cost

Was planning on staying at this property for just two days but ended up staying here for over a month. Absolutely love this hotel condo. The room is very modern. There’s a great gym below which is free to use. The staff, cleaning crew are just very professional and nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The gym and pool were the best parts of my stay! I picked this hotel because it was close to the main road from the airport but was surprised at how many different facilities it had. It has a complete gym with everything I needed and it was mostly empty. Probably because most other guests were on business trips. The view from my balcony was amazing! Spacious, clean and well equipped room made the stay very comfortable.

I have stayed at many of the top (and expensive) hotels in Phnom Penh. This is not the most expensive but is most definitely up there with the 5 stars: great staff and really nice rooms!

I was very happy with this hotel after so many disappointments with hotel rooms in Phnom Penh in the past. Great value for money as I have paid twice as much for less in PP, during my previous stays. Great rooms with fantastic views of the city, bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to get up :) Staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Not very central but everything is just a tuk-tuk hop away.
