great rooms, great staff. little to do in the area it's located in, no restaurants or entertainment close. little lighting on the street it is located on, so walking at night was difficult and possibly risky.

Very hard to find....no signage outside. Safe not working Air-conditioning controller batteries flat. But otherwise a nice place. Mattress was great!

Good value hotel

The Sarina is a lovely hotel. Whilst a small hotel and pool area, it is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The free one way airport transfer was very efficient and they packed up a breakfast for us. He evening meal in the hotel was nice and reasonable value. Only negatives are the location (not much within walking distance but convenient for the airport), planes overhead are close and noisy but not that frequent, the shower lacks power and the bath/shower is a little strange in design. But overall good value for money.

We stayed only one night in the hotel. The bathroom floor was pretty dirty, but otherwise the room was ok. The free breakfast was delicious and also the pool area is nice. The hotel located about 15min tuk-tuk drive from the airport.

Good hotel but needs update for services

A good hotel but needs professional training for services. Communication is a little bit hard. Our requests are missed without reason. The hotel has a very nice pond view and breakfast is awesome. Also the Asian style decorations are very natural. But you may hear noise from your neighbors.

I asked to change the room. Because the stairs were dangerous. But they refused my request. And they changed rooms at my repeated requests. But the room was small and not soundproof. The breakfast prepared at the hotel was the worst. I didn't eat the food. It was unsanitary. And no warm water comes out.
