​The room was small and contained a major issue: I found one large cockroach, which was deeply unsettling. The manager's conduct was completely unacceptable, displaying both ignorance and unprofessionalism. Specifically, they unfairly insisted I pay a $100 charge for a door knob that was already broken. I have never been so upset by staff that I felt I had to leave immediately. The poor conditions and hostile management made me feele to check out and find a different hotel late at night.

Powercut which meant one of the lifts stopped working and there were no lights. There was a massive cockroach in my room, and there was no hot water. It had the amenities I needed, working AC, and the view was pretty nice at least. Minimart right below where the reception desk is, uneven ground outside, and a very busy road I did not feel safe crossing.

I would not recommend staying here

At first, we were pleasantly surprised by the eco-censored hallway lights and the unexpected balcony access. After that it went downhill very fast. 1) Mould on the ceiling 2) Mould through the bathroom 3) Inefficient hot water system 4) Dirt around all the edges 5) A near broken chair (thankfully this was noticed before using) 6) Non-existent soundproofing from the corridors 7) Non-existent soundproofing from the neighbours balcony through closed doors. 8) Breakfast that wasn't cooked properly and was nearly 30 minutes from ordering and there was no one else in the restaurant area. Egg whites are meant to be white when cooked not clear. 9) Not well sign posted for our driver or us to find. The room was only tolerated due the 2 nights only stay and arrangement to be collected by drivers both days. Any longer or with no arrangements in place and we would have been out of there. Says that’s there’s a sky bar, but it’s not in service. Says there’s a pool not that was unavailable. The lift took forever to take. Order breakfast and it took 20mins just to get bread lol I had already finished my meal and had coffee by the time my bread come.

Great staff. Hotel is right over top of a conviene store so getting snacks late night is easy. About a five minute walk from the main strip with a bunch of places to eat. Would recommend, rooms were clean.

Very convenient location with everything walking distance or close by. The hotel has its own convenience store and restaraunt if you want to stay in. It is at the very end of walking street where it is closed off on the weekends and far enough from the main area so it is very quiet and safe.
