Room 603 is very nice. The rooftop restaurant, bar, and pool are nice. Big selection for the tasty free breakfast. The location cannot be beat. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Good value for the money.

The convenient location and a great view from the rooftop terrace (featuring a decent restaurant & an okay pool & loungers) is what sells this hotel. Room was quiet and clean, quiet A/C that worked well, just the layout is slightly awkward and noticeably not quite up to date; annoyingly the water in the shower was never quite warm enough no matter the time of day. The bed was comfy & slightly on the firm side. Breakfast was fine with eggs made to order. Staff very friendly. Definitely worth the price.

The only word I can use is grubby the hotel is old which is fine if well maintained but everything was dirty and needed a deep clean. The doors around the handles had layers of grime on them clearly not a once off not cleaned issue.

The rooftop was great , on close inspection a little tired but fabulous for looking out over Phnom Penh and lounging by the pool . The bar and restaurant was also on the roof . Always good view plus the breeze up there was refreshing . Very handy to the river side and national museum , plenty of food options around .
