I had a disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. First, I initially booked a room without a window, which had a terrible smell. I had to pay extra to upgrade to a room with a window. Second, the counter staff did not update the system with the changes, resulting in them chasing me for overstaying, which was both frustrating and embarrassing. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay.

We were greeted with 3 cockroaches and a toxic smell of an attempted fumigation in our first room. We asked to change rooms and the staff begrudgingly obliged. Neither room had windows and the poor room lighting made the stay depressing. Housekeeping didn’t come once during our 3 night stay, nor top up our toilet paper or water. Not the best location. Very disappointing, our worst hotel in Cambodia.

We'd a wonderful time at DEHotel. Staff were friendly rooms clean and everything you need are close by, market, bakery, food vendors, money changers, etc. Tour attractioñs are close by, within 10 minutes by tuktuk. Walking distance to Central Market where you'll find all traditional food, clothing's and jewelries. Great place without straining your wallet!!
