Hotel in Philippines Summer capital

For a hotel to ask its guests to walk up 2 fairly steep flights of stairs then walk 50 meters to get a single lift to take you to your floor is out of date in this world. Has no handicap facilities!!!! Also, with staff that don't understand their on hotel menu and then forget what you have ordered is unacceptable. Then couple this with a plate of Crispy Pata that was over cooked and dried out, which made it uneatable. Not even dog food. No excuses even if it was a new staff member, obviously the training not there. Then Menu says in Juices: Orange / Pineapple / Mango / Four Seasons and you order Mango and the staff member insisted that this meant they only have "Four Seasons".... Sorry mam only have Iced Tea or Water of Four Seasons juice and this was discussed in their native tongue so no excuse for not understanding the guest. On insisting to check the kitchen the waitress came back with a Mango juice !!!!!
