Enjoy a stylish experience at our beautifully renovated 3 BR home! Centrally-located in the famed Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia and just steps away from Fishtown, one of the cities most exciting areas.

Walk into the bright and area living room area with seating area surrounding a 65 inch wall mounted Roku Smart TV. Plenty of room to sit and relax with your fellow guests!
Past the living room, you will enter into the eat in kitchen area featuring kitchen cabinets stocked with essentials and cookware, stainless steel appliances, designer tile backsplash, and dining table. Just off the kitchen is the back yard, featuring small sitting area, string lights, and charcoal grill.
Back inside you will see the door built into the hardwood floors that leads to the basement area, with your washer and dryer.
Upstairs to the second floor you'll see the hallway bath with tub and shower and designer tile surround. To the left and right of the bathroom, we have 2 spacious bedrooms, both with Roku smart Tvs and plenty of closet space. To the left, the bedroom at the front of the house features 2 full beds, and to the right the bedroom features one king size bed.
Heading upstairs to the third floor, we have the master suite with connected full master bathroom.

Our home has been fully furnished to guarantee a great stay and create fun experiences in each corner.

The kitchen will come fully stocked with:
-Silverware, plates, bowls, knives, glasses, wine glasses, cookware, utensils, and some baking supplies.
-Basic appliances: Stove, Dishwasher, Fridge, Toaster & Microwave, Washer & Dryer.
-There is a drip coffee maker on site in the kitchen with complimentary coffee for our guests to enjoy, along with sweetener and creamer.
-There is a blender located in the kitchen cabinets if you would like to make smoothies or other blended drinks.


Enjoying your time inside:
We have some board games and playing cards stored under the small table on the right as you walk in the front door. Feel free to enjoy these!
-Our home is equipped with Roku Smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room.

Enjoying your time Outside:
-There is an outdoor charcoal grill available for your use.
-There is an outdoor table and chairs set if you would like to sit out back and enjoy some fresh air. We also have string lights hanging

Perfectly situated between Northern Liberties and Fishtown- two of the hottest neighborhoods in Philly.

Parking:
Parking is street parking, first come first served. Unfortunately, we do not have a dedicated parking spot. Your closest street parking options will be West Girard Ave, North Howard St., and North Hancock St. Please be sure to look carefully at Philadelphia Parking Authority parking signs because they do change often!

It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit of $500.00 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. of $35.00 We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking

Interaction with Guests:
Our home has been designed for a self-check-in process, our guests will be receiving the check-in instructions on the morning of their check-in date and a full welcome guide shortly after booking confirmation.
