Mice clean place. Hostess is good with communication. No parking, there is a paid lot around the corner it is a easy walk. The only downfall is the noise from upstairs neighbors. You literally can hear everything they are doing.

Great place. Strange neighbourhood at night and would not be comfortable walking home late at home, but we had no problems.Good access to Center city and restaurants.Very well stocked kitchen compared to similar stays, and it was clean and comfortable.Gladys was very responsive.

The property is exactly as described. There is parking in front of the property, but low chance of being able to use it. There is a parking lot that's an extremely short distance away. Overall, great stay, quiet, peaceful neighborhood, very walkable to PA Convention Center, and convenient to several good options

The hallway was cluttered with pages and mail, not at all inviting. And, while the place was relatively clean, the two bedrooms in the lower level felt like living in a basement you reconstructed for your kids…did not meet expectations from online description. It served the purpose, but would look elsewhere.

Thanksgiving Family Reunion

We flew into town to meet 30 family members for a great reunion, in the off time, we explored Xmas markets and other sites. Walked everywhere. My sister luckily got parking out front so we could unload her groceries. There was 5 of us, 2 couples and a single. We all had our own rooms.

Great option for multiple people in Philly!

The apartment was very nicely designed, and contained a lot of options for a large group (3 beds, 2 twin sized futons, 1 couch, and 1 air mattress). Close distance to the center city of Philadelphia too!
