We booked and paid for the hotel through Expedia. Coming in late from a long trip the girl at the check-in was complaining that Expedia did not give payment. However they had. She was asking us to call customer service at Expedia. She kept us there for 40 minutes late at night. Didn’t make sense as payment is done at checkout not check-in. She had my credit card. We were tired. The mirrors were dirty the floor was dirty.

You folks at Microtel Philadelphia Airport Ridley Park have made me and my wife lifetime customers whenever we come to Philly. The staff were great including the manager I believe his name was Bilal (?) friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful with all of our needs. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were clean as could be. We had a wonderful stay. See you soon. Thanks for everything.
