Bad: Room had no heat. Called down to front desk and the man who answered the phone acted like I was bothering him. Told me he would send someone to check the heat, but no one came. Bathroom sink was clogged. Ice Machine out of service on floor. Good: Receptionist at the time of arrival was very welcoming and provided with great detail to ensure full understanding. Breakfast was good. Overall: No heat in a room with unit blowing cold air is unacceptable, and to seem bothered by a request when inquiring about the issue is even more unacceptable. I understand that things happen, but when they are addressed, customers should be accommodated to ensure comfort.

This just didn’t feel like the quality I’m used to from Hyatt. The towels were like sandpaper. The bed slept ok. There were no microwaves in the room. They did have a small refrigerator which needed to be defrosted. The amount of ice in the freezer prevented us from using it to put ice packs in. It was ok but I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location. The breakfast was not appealing at all. Sorry.

The room was nothing like the photos. It was dirty, moldy, and extremely outdated, with spider webs covering the ceiling and torn, worn-down furniture. Even the towels were ripped, and the entire space had a strong, unpleasant odor. Overall, it was in terrible condition. If we hadn’t been in town for a scheduled event, we would have left immediately. The reception we received didn’t feel welcoming, so we didn’t feel comfortable raising our concerns. Truly a disappointing and uncomfortable stay.

We check int our hotel room. We arrived to the room with the A/C blasting on a 46 degree day. Our heating/AC unit was not working promply. We called the front desk and the handyman came to fix it while we were out. We came back to a warm room; however, we could not control the heat and we had to sleep in a room that was 77 degrees. We turned the unit off but it kept running. At check out we told the front desk staff, they took notes and said it would be fixed. I said that was fine but we were checking out and we did not get to sleep because of the room being too warm. All the staff offered was for me to join Hyatt honors system. Why would I want to be part of Hyatt. No sorries or comp for a night of no sleep on an important trip to Philly.
