The room was nice. Plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. Only downside was that only 1 heating unit worked. So half of the room was cold. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very underwhelming. Coffee was Luke warm. Orange juice was watered down. The yogurt was barely cold.

Cold in general but one of the two room heaters was non funtioning, pull out couch was broken, pool was gross like pond water, and hot water in the sink or shower, Non existent. If you want breakfast go early. When it gone its gone. Hoping for a full refund.

The room was clean but the furniture was clearly beat up and in poor condition. The water pressure was terrible. There was trash outside of the entrance that was never cleaned up. The pool hours were not being enforced nor was the pool water clean enough to swim in. The worst part about the stay was that the breakfast was inedible and there was not one clean table to sit at. Trash and food covered most of the tables and the ladies working the downstairs area were leaning and talking to each other instead of making it possible to eat at a table. I will never stay at this hotel again

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt it was necessary to share my experience about this hotel. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The pictures looked nothing like the rooms in person. The room was filthy and dirty. The water was cold for the first 10 minutes. The refrigerator froze everything I put in it. The pool was disgusting and dirty. The breakfast smelled so bad that my children almost puked, just from looking at and smelling it. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Do not stay there, despite it being a cheap hotel. It’s not worth suffering.

The first room we were assigned after checking in had a non-functional bathroom, so they had to move us. We moved to another room, but in that bathroom, the sink didn't work, and the shower doors didn't have handles. They didn't empty the trash at any point during our stay. I didn't enjoy breakfast on either of the two days because the area was very dirty and disorganized, and the food was poorly presented, handled carelessly, and lacked any kind of order or supervision from the staff. Bad experience!
