I used to stay by the airport until I found this hotel. I feel safe, rooms and bed are clean and comfortable and the staff is ALWAYS personable, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast (when I get up) is pretty good and I love that there is coffee in the lobby 24/7. There is shopping right across the street and a mall 5 minutes away. The highway entrance is right by the parking lot. (No noise) Keep up the great service! See you next time.

Just your basic with some issues. Check in extremely stressful when required to give CC twice after my bank confirmed the 1st charge. Worked out in the end, but should have been more seamless. Also 1 elevator out the entire week. No evidence of any effort to get it back on line. Lobby area under renovation and fitness area closed. Would have liked this info up front. I was counting on fitness room. Refrigerator noise kept us awake the 1st night. Replaced and fine after that. Took 3 coffee makers to get 1 in room that worked.
