Mostly positive. Our sink didn’t hardly drain which we passed onto the stafffor future attention. Breakfast was rather depleted by the time we ate at 9:00 am. Staff was helpful and very nice.

The staff was extremely helpful even before I checked in. There were some problems with my reservation and they were very responsive and supportive in making sure it was settled before I got checked in. When I arrived the two gentlemen at the check in counter were so personable and welcoming. When I needed anything, I got it super quickly. Breakfast was just what I needed to get my day started and the area was cleaned and tidy. It’s an ideal spot for lodging. It’s conveniently located to a lot of things: 2 blocks away from the convention center, 3 blocks away from Trader Joe’s, about 4 blocks from city hall and the love park and so many great food options. And you couldn’t beat the price for the stay and what you got! I could go on but it really is a nice affordable option with amenities that will help save money.

The staff were very nice. They greeted you right off the elevator. The valet staff were also very efficient. But, I would have liked an option to park at a cheaper parking location. Our room was okay in size. The bathroom floor and room carpet were not as clean as I would have liked. The bathroom floor seemed sticky, so I had to keep shoes on. The carpet in between the beds had some white substance smeared into the carpet. My husband’s bed was nicely made. While my bed’s sheets were made with the sheet inside out and then it only had a small blanket that did not fit - instead of a comforter type duvet like my husband’s bed. Thankfully, he did not want the duvet - so he gave it to me to sleep on my bed. The breakfast was nice and we were able to enjoy it every morning - would have liked more choices but it was pretty good for breakfast that was included with the stay. All in all, most everything was good.

We stayed two nights with our two children. The location was perfect walking distance to the Franklin Institute and the Metro. Rooms were quiet and the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. We took advantage of the valet parking which was convenient for our family.

First, I called to inform the receptionist that my flight was delayed and I may arrive way later than planned. The receptionist was nice and understanding. I ended up arriving earlier than expected and unfortunately the room I booked (1 King) wasn’t available. Disappointing but no big deal. The following day there was a mouse in my room. I called the desk and they responded quickly. The guy they sent to the room was very helpful, unfortunately I forgot his name but he helped me the entire time. It was a frustrating when he called the front desk after moving me to another room and I heard the receptionist ask why was I in a King room when I came from a 2 Queen room. Considering the situation AND the room I initially booked, that was very frustrating. I almost considered going to another hotel. The room I was in (604) was nice but it definitely needs to be cleaned better. There were hairs in the tub and sink. The headboard and couch looked stained. Overall, it was not a great experience.
