The Cottage is located in the grounds of historic Vincent Forge Mansion on the banks of French Creek. The setting is serene and bucolic with lawns going down to the river, yet grocery stores and modern amenities are only 10 minutes away. Located in Chester County, the cottage is close to Civil War battlefields, Amish Country and numerous points of interest, including nearby Phoenixville with a vibrant bar and restaurant scene. The Cottage is new barn conversion and is decorated to the highest degree of comfort with all modern amenities and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. The kitchen adjoins an open living/dining room with a woodstove for cozy nights in. The living room and bedrooms all have smart TVs. On the upper level, both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms to complement their queen beds, with linens, robes and toiletries provided. There is a washer/drier in the cottage and a powder room for convenience on the lower level. Perfect cottage stay
This property is exquisitely appointed, beautifully decorated, and conveniently located, and the host is extremely helpful and communicative. My family would definitely stay here again when we are in the area, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

My husband and I are originally from the area. For the past few years we have had trouble finding a comfortable place to stay whenever we come back home. Our search is over! We will be returning for every visit back to the Philadelphia area! We stayed in the cottage, which was decorated with perfect cottage charm. Every room was inviting and cozy. The entire cottage was clean, the furniture was excellent quality, and there were wonderful welcoming gifts. It was also well stocked with all those items you might have forgot to pack, or didn’t realized you needed. The property itself is beautiful and has lots of history. I especially appreciate how the cottage has its own outdoor seating and hang out area. It is very apparent that a lot of love and attention to detail has gone into this property, inside and out! Cant wait for our next trip home!
