I was not happy that I paid in advance for a room with 2 queen beds, but then was told that they changed me to a king with a pullout! What?! If I reserve and pay for 2 queens then that is what I should get. I wasn’t even a late night check in! The employee was nice and at least gave me extra points for rewards, but it does not make up for sleeping on a pullout.

Pleasant stay close to everything.

Bed was very good. No noticeable dips or bumps in et\he bed. Flight was late so food was not available and we were too tired to go out .
