Great hotel, very clean, Wayward restaurant was good and convenient, room was comfortable but very small, beware the valet parking is NOT included and is $70 dollars a night. No one will communicate this to you and the front desk absolutely will not assist you regarding parking. I would stay here again but I paid more to park my car here than I ever have in Manhattan overnight. They will take this fee out of your incidentals charge and not tell you. Otherwise, I’d stay here again.

Property and room was immaculate. Room was quiet and I couldn’t hear my neighbors. Very close to a metro stop which is super convenient.

Fantastic stay. We were in town to see an Eagles game and this was the perfect base which also allowed us to explore the city properly. Staff were lovely and just had a lovely stay all round.

Bartender ignored us when we tried to get a drink at a high top table across from the bar. No other waitperson came to us so we had to go up to bar, were ignored then finally got our drinks. Valet and front desk staff very friendly and helpful!

This is a really beautiful hotel. The aesthetic is so lovely- if you are a fan of art, design, and culture, this is the place for you. My room was well designed and so clean. Staff was so helpful and welcoming. I had a car rental that the amazing valet team handled so well. Walked to Reading Terminal Market (5 mins away), but there are tons of food options around. Dinned at the hotel restaurant “The Wayward” one night, it was really good. Highly recommend this hotel, and will def be a return customer.

Best hotel in Philly

I’ve stayed in ton of 5 star hotels (Langham, Ritz, etc) but this is property is probably my favorite! I don’t love Philadelphia, but the Canopy has lovely, clean rooms, a great bar with amazing bartenders and a welcoming staff. I won’t stay anywhere else when visiting Philly from now on!
