Called for airport shuttle 4 times, the phone rang and rang and rang. Finally they answered. Shuttle drives has a bad back, probably shouldn’t be lift heavy luggage. I felt bad for him but my bags could be thrown because they are heavy. Luggage has to be managed with care and so does his back. Front desk often not staffed. No idea where they were. No food at restaurant even though it’s listed as having food. Aloft needs to get it together it’s not just this one.

Me and my best friend came down to Philly for a Deftones concert and this hotel was perfect for the occasion. it was close enough to the venue to drive back from the concert safely! definitely recommend this hotel, it’s super cute!

Aloft deflating

Not a great Aloft. The hotel is very loud and it can be hard to sleep. There is no full restaurant on site so you have to go to other hotels nearby for a full meal. The parking is unnecessarily confusing.
