The amenities. The reason for my stay with the grandchildren was to enjoy the pool. I was told that the pool was down and staff wasn't made aware. It ruined my night with the grandchildren.

The heat did not work in the room. The hot water did not work. I had to change rooms after a day. My flight was canceled until the next day and they would not extend my stay. I had to move out and sub freezing weather to find a different hotel. They also charged $20 a night for parking after they said parking was free I will never ever book with a loft

That hotel is a mess. They be lying saying the pool is open and it’s not. He said the pool had mold and stuff on it. It’s old and modern looking never again will I ever stay there again.

I was locked out my room for an hour and I was supposed to get my rate changed for this inconvenience and never did. Also when I moved to the second room the heat wasn’t working at all I was very cold and i am currently sick as I have relocated back home. Cleaning staff was rude. My room would never get knocked on to be clean and each time I asked the lady would be rude and say she’s not cleaning my room. No clean sheets no clean rags and towels. Terrible experience I would never stay there again.
