THIS PROPERTY is not anything like what is described. The Apartment is dark, dingy and dirty. It has old, musty and dirty furniture and appliances, It has only one in wall air conditioner for the WHOLE APARTMENT, which during 100 degree temperatures was uninhabitable. The kitchen was dirty and messy. The refrigerator and freezer had old, rotten food in it and was very old and dirty to boot. The host was completely unhelpful and while he claimed the apartment was in compliance with all Philadelphia licensing requirements, I highly doubt it. Vrbo customer service was useless. I was seeking a refund because I couldn't stay in the place because it was so bad. Vrbo customer service is outsourced to India, so I couldn't understand them half the time, and they also couldn't understand me. They told me I had to get my refund from the host who never answered his phone. The apartment, Vrbo's assitance and the host were all a disgrace. I am still waiting for my refund!!!!PS. I neglected to mention the bedroom which was dirty and a mess. The bedclothes looked, felt and smelled like they hadn't been washed in ages. Towels and extra linen where the same. A pile of dirty linen and towels were thrown into the shelf in the closet which had no doors.This place looked like some slobs apartment which they had vacated for the week to rent out as a Vrbo. Total fraud!!!!BTW. This PROPERTY ha NO garden, no park, no relaxation or pleasantries at all.
