This 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for a solo traveler, couple or group of up to 4. The bedroom contains a queen bed and there's also a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room with a full-sized mattress. You have exclusive access to the 3rd floor apartment as listed. Shared space includes the entrance into the apartment building and you have 1 designated parking spot in the parking lot. We are not onsite but are very responsive using the Airbnb messaging. Jenkintown is one of the most unique communities in Montgomery County as Bradley Cooper, a famous former resident, can attest. There’s a traditional small town feel which you can experience with a short walk to the Central Business District. There, you can catch a movie at the Hiway theater or grab coffee or a meal at one of the numerous restaurants. Arrival by plane/train: Guests can travel on the Regional Rail from Philadelphia International Airport or 30th Street Station to our location. We're located .08 miles from the Jenkintown-Wyncote Station and the Noble Station. Feel free to walk around the neighborhood to local shops and restaurants. Please note that this 1 bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor and will require climbing stairs as there is no elevator in the building. Also, pets allowed on a case by case basis and if approved pet fee applies. **Depending on availability one more car parking spot may be available for a fee, please check with host.
