I normally am very pleased with how clean my room is,but I cant say that about this visit..it wasn't clean at all there were handprints all over the bathroom walls and toothpaste all over the mirror and sink, as well as someone's acrylic nails all over the floor and crumbs ;also 2 of my pillow cases didnt have a case not to mention i didnt have a comforter on my bed..I didnt feel like I was in a clean room😐

The person that checked us in for both rooms was nice, but could have been a little more professional. The website says “extra towels at request” and “housekeeping daily”. That tells me housekeeping would come in each morning. They didn’t. The back half of the hotel was rundown and there were broke down cars outside. The microwave in one of our rooms BARELY worked. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was stronger than the water pressure coming from the shower. I low-key felt like I needed to have my Glock close.
