In the heart of the Pongau, at the foot of the Tennengebirge, we are the ideal starting point for many holiday delights. In summer, from swimming fun, leisurely alpine hikes to high alpine mountains (Tennengebirge, Hochkönig, Hohe Tauern National Park, etc.). A visit to the giant ice world, currently the largest researched ice cave in the world, http: // www. giant ice world. at, Hohenwerfen Castle with a bird of prey demonstration, http: // www. Salzburg castles. at, the Liechtensteinklamm or the festival city of Salzburg is worthwhile. The heated outdoor swimming pool or the surrounding swimming lakes, as well as a jet boat ride on the Salzach invite you in good weather. Skiing in summer is also possible (Kitzsteinhorn). The Tauern bike path leads past our house about 100 meters.

Lovely hosts, very clean apartment, great views from balcony

We had a great stay at this apartment. Very friendly hosts that were fantastic. Very clean and comfortable apartment. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and admiring the mountains. One of the highlights of our trip was going to the castle nearby and watching the falcon / bald eagle flying demonstration. It was amazing!! This apartment is in a perfect location — close to a grocery store, short drive to Salzburg, and lots to see close by. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful hosts, beautifully clean home with stunning view

Hedwig & Andreas are thoughtful, terrific hosts who seem to have thought of everything a guest might need during a stay. Their 1st floor apartment is comfortable, newly renovated and spotlessly clean! Pfarrwerfen is a pretty place & located about 40 minutes south of Saltzburg & quite near a number of sights you may wish to see. One of our favourite parts of this stay was to be able to sit on the balcony & look at the impressive mountains around us. I would love to return here & stay again & would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone else.

Convenient, comfortable, charming & clean

Our family of 5 spent a week in the 2 bedroom apartment. We were welcomed with homemade strawberry jam & fresh tomatoes from the garden. The hosts were lovely. The apartment is clean & comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much & highly recommend it.

Wir haben eine wundervolle, entspannte Woche bei Familie Hofer verbracht. Die Unterkunft war ein Traum: gepflegt, sehr sauber, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen und Erholen ein. Sowohl mit dem eigenen PKW als auch mit dem ÖPNV ist man dennoch gut angebunden und kann Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung gut erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und haben uns tolle, auch für kleine Kinder geeignete Ausflugstipps gegeben. Zur Begrüßung standen für uns Getränke und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten bereit. So eine Herzlichkeit haben wir nur selten erlebt und können Familie Hofer und ihre Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus!Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und herzlich – als besonderes Highlight haben wir sogar frische Tomaten und Gurken aus dem Garten bekommen.Das Haus war blitzsauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist traumhaft, perfekt zum Entspannen und Genießen.Dank des Gästetickets konnten wir viele tolle Ausflüge im Salzburger Land unternehmen.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr nette, zuvorkommende Gastgeber! Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt: ausreichend Hand-, Geschirr- und Spültücher, Spülmittel, Spülmaschinentaps, Salz, Pfeffer, Müllerbeutel, Kaffee und Filter. Zur Begrüßung standen ein Bier, Mineralwasser und Tomaten bereit. Wir haben uns in der geräumigen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eigentlich könnte es perfekt sein, aber.

Unterkunft, Lage, Preis absolut Klasse, aber. Beim betreten des Treppenhauses kam uns ein ein kräftiger Feuchtigkeitsgeruch entgegen, was sich beim betreten der Unterkunft fortsetzte. Wir dachten eins, zwei Tage lüften beheben das Problem. Es wurde nicht besser eher schlimmer. Innen 17 Grad Außen 20 bis 28 Grad, Gewitterstimmung. Beim schlafen verströmten die Polster und Matratzen weiterhin den Geruch(Couch, Kissen). Ein Bettzeugwechsel und heizen hätte das Problem auf die Schnelle nicht beseitigt. Am zweiten Tag sind wir nach Kopfschmerzen am Morgen, abgereist. Die Vermieter konnten unsere Entscheidung nicht verstehen. So verschieden sind Geruchsempfindungen. Hatten wohl kaputte Nasen. Storno Null.

Sehr schöne Woche

Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub als Familie hier gemacht, zu Fuß kann man einkaufen und Spielplätze besuchen, mit dem Auto ist man schnell bei Badeseen oder den Bergbahnen für kleine oder große Wanderungen. Auch ein Besuch auf der Burg Hohenwerfen ist zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und helfen gern bei Fragen weiter. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und wenn man Glück hat, bekommt man auch ein paar Tomaten aus dem Garten. ☺️

Großzügige, saubere, tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist im 1.OG und sehr geräumig. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet - es war alles da, sogar Backpapier und eine Auflaufform. Alles war sehr sauber und auch unsere relativ späte Anreise (wegen Stau) war gar kein Problem. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super-Wohnung in herrlicher Gegend für Aktiv-Urlaub

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht (und noch mehr) und ist super-sauber. Die Vermieter sind wahnsinnig nett und zuvorkommend und hatten immer tolle Tipps für Ausflüge parat. Egal ob Wandern, Fahrradfahren, Baden, Naturattraktionen - die Gegend bietet auch in der Nicht-Skisaison alles, was einen aktiven Urlaub ausmacht. Gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung zentral gelegen im Salzburger Land

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit beim Ehepaar Hofer. Die Gastgeber sind supernett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist schön, gut aufgeteilt und sehr sauber. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Der einzige Nachteil mit kleineren Kindern ist, dass es in unmittelbarer Nähe keine Wiese gibt um zu spielen. Die Wohnung liegt in einem kleinen Wohngebiet. Zum Spielplatz läuft man gute 20 Minuten.
