O problema que achamos é a parte interna do quarto . Pois a cama de casal e a de solteiro ficam no mezanino. E para ir ao banheiro tem que descer escada….Muito perigoso nesse sentido, principalmente para idosos e crianças Achei desconfortável neste ponto. O café da manhã maravilhoso e o atendimento muito bom. Todavia, tínhamos que sempre deixar a chave do quarto na portaria… foi uma exigência que não gostamos também .

Voltaria beste hotel principalmente pelo pelo pessoal do servico! Sao todos muitissimos educados e prestativos. O cafe da manha tbm eh ok. Mas nao indico este hotel para idosos ou qualquer pessoa com dificuldade minima de locomocao , pq no quarto tem uma escada para o quarto e o banheiro esta no andar abaixo. Fique atento a isso ou escolha um quarto terreo se tiver algum disponivel.

Surpreendeu do início ao fim!

Esse hotel é um achado no centro de Nova Friburgo. Excelente localização. Estacionamento gratuito com carregador elétrico! Todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e educados. Percebe-se claramente um esforço da gestão em garantir um alto padrão e excelência no atendimento. No check-in fomos recepcionados pelo João, que é fora de série. Já viajamos o mundo inteiro e afirmo que é pouco provável enco trar melhor atendimento. No check-out a Cynthia também foi muito solícita e gentil. No café da manhã o nível de atendimento se manteve excelente, e os itens oferecidos estavam muito acima da média, especialmente os pratos quentes (omeletes, tapiocas, misto quente, etc.). Tivemos que agradecer pessoalmente à cozinha. Tudo é de muito bom gosto, desde a fragância dos ambientes à decoração. Parabéns a toda a equipe fo Habitare e certamente retornaremos.

Localização excelente! Atendimento pelos funcionários: maravilhoso! Limpeza: nota 1000 Quarto (duplex) um pouco barulhento. Barulho do apto do andar superior: ao andarem pelo quarto, ao tomarem banho e usar o banheiro. Bastante desconfortável tais barulhos durante à noite e para fazer reuniões do quarto.
